My experience at VSL in Bartlett is always exceptional. The atmosphere is calm, clean and the nail techs are awesome. My new favorite nail tech, Tino, has great taste and always recommends a beautiful set. My favorite thing about sitting in his chair is that I can trust he’s going to take his time and I can sit back and relax 😌

VSI 6 in Bartlett, TN was recommended by dear friend! I was blessed by getting Helen & Jim for manicure with tips and gel and also basic pedicure! They did amazing job! Quality and professional! I have Gwen in retail over 50 years and I would recommend them to anyone!!! My new place to go! Definitely clean and top quality service & creativity!!!! 2/16/26 UPDATE to 5 star: I followed up with the owners after the response and they invited me back for a redo. I added updated photos. I usually love and prefer this location but I went on Wednesday Feb 11th 2026 (2 days ago) and it was pretty much the worse visit I ever had. The tech didn't take my nails off properly (dip on real nails) and broke ALL my nails then filed one of my nails so far down that he broke skin. My nails look horrible and sloppy. None of them are the same length because he screwed them so bad. I decided to just cancel the trip and was going to leave. He was still trying to work on them when I was taking the pics and telling him he ruined my nails. They begged to fix my nails and correct what the tech did. At the end I was still charged then given a $10 gift card. My nails currently look horrible, im out of $55, and its vday weekend. Im so disappointed. There's still black polish on my nails from one of the techs trying to do a French and not removing it all so the clear coat looks even worse.
